High protein snacks 

In a rush?  Crazy Schedule? Your diet doesn’t have to suffer!  Forget the fast food garbage or the gas station junk.  Grab one of these snacks to keep you satiated throughout the day!  Here is a list of my favorite high protein snacks that are great on the go!

Tuna salad made with:

Dill, 1/4c Greek yogurt, 1 can tuna, 1/4 avocado —yum!

♥♥ If you do not have the means to make this,  there are awesome to-go tuna pouches at the grocery store.  The Ranch flavor and the Sweet and Spicy are my absolute favorites!  Ranch ( 80 cals 2 F  1.5 C  14P)  Sweet and Spicy (90 cals 0.5 F  4 C  16P)


Cottage cheese

I love mine with fresh fruit. To cut carbs eat sans fruit with salt and pepper, cinnamon, nut butter, or sugar free fruit spread.

2 Light String cheeses— 100 calories 5F 2C 14P

Edamame

Hard boiled egg

Beef jerky— 70 cals  1F   5C   11P

Turkey lettuce wrap — make wraps with turkey slices or lunch meat and a romaine lettuce leaf, add 1/2 slice cheese if you want the fats, mustard is my go-to condiment.

Greek yogurt— either 0% plain greek with stevia added or I go for the “Light and Fit”

 

  • A Quest bar  🙂 All the flavors are amazing, they are all usually less than or right about 200 calories for 20+ grams of protein and little to no sugar added. A must have! I usually get mine on Amazon.com Check it out here: Quest Bars
