What does a day following the If It Fits Your Macro approach look like?? Well the best part about it is that there is no right answer! This approach is very flexible everyone’s days should be very different! I wanted to just share one day of food with you. As you can see it’s a lot of food!! You shouldn’t have to starve while trying to reach your ideal weight!
Here is everything I ate today– I usually avoid carbs later in the evening because I work out in the AM, but I had a lot of carbs (and no fats) to make up at the end of the night == oatmeal and fruit. This is the downfall of not planning out your day, but I love the freedom of eating what I feel like without being trapped into a contract, so to speak.
