IIFYM, or If It Fits Your Macros is a way of dieting where you calculate exactly what your body needs in terms of calories and macronutrients–fats,carbs, and proteins, and eat foods accordingly to the macros that are tailored to your body and body goals (whether that be to lose weight, gain weight, or maintain weight)  This involves tracking your food intake. This diet allows your to be flexible with your food intake, and may allow for the occasional treat without ruining or “cheating on” your diet.
