Do you subtract fiber from your carb count? Everyone trains differently and tracks differently I was just curious what your thoughts were 🙂 !! I think it’s a good topic 😛

No not with IIFYM– you use total carbs not net carbs, but try to get at least 30g fiber which is why I add that to my cheat sheet !!!
